Return Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1 30-Day Return Without Reason
No obvious signs of use, stains, or scratches on the product surface
No human-caused functional damage
Original packaging intact (inner/outer box, protective materials, seals, etc.)
All accessories, manuals, and gifts included
1.2 Conditions And Limitations For 30-Day Returns
Within 30 days after delivery, returns are accepted if:
Non-human-caused functional defect
Wrong model, color, or configuration sent
Missing accessories
Shipping damage
Note: For the cases above, we cover the return shipping cost and prioritize your refund request.

2. Proof Requirements

Clear, high-resolution photos
Issue video
For missing items or empty packages, a complete unboxing video is required

3. Shipping Cost Responsibility

We cover all round-trip shipping costs

Customer covers the return shipping cost

4. Return Process

Exchange Policy

Within 30 days of delivery

1. Eligibility

1.1 30-Day Exchange Without Reason
You may request an exchange within 30 days after delivery if:
Returned item must be brand new and unused
No wearing marks, scratches, or other signs of use
Original protective film must not be removed
Box, accessories, hang tag, manuals, etc. must be kept complete
Note: If the conditions above are not met, the request does not qualify as a 30-day exchange without reason. In this case, return/exchange shipping is paid by the customer. After the item is received and passes inspection, we will reship the replacement.
