And shipping charges. We've made that easy with a flat $30 charge for shipping on all orders. If you're like my recent customer who needed to have his Nautilus ready for an important meeting next week, our express shipping option for an additional $60 may be just the ticket. The best news? You'll get the actual shipping charge in your shopping cart before you finalize your order - no surprise, no extra fee.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We have two great logistics providers which we utilize to provide you with convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping – $30 USD
Your product usually arrives within 10-15 business days of shipping. This is our best-selling option among customers who are willing to wait a bit longer in exchange for free shipping.
Express Shipping – $60 USD
Need it quickly? Choose express shipping and we'll have it to you in 2-4 business days. I've found customers like this when they have a upcoming special event or just aren't willing to wait to unbox their new watch.
Rapid delivery estimate notice: although our carriers are very good, that last mile delivery will sometimes be dependent upon your location or volume season. We'll always let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.
Order Ship Time
Our warehouse staff typically ships and completes orders within 1-3 business days. We may have to replenish a single model (those Aquanaut replicas have been selling like hotcakes lately!) in certain instances, which would take an additional 10 days to your processing time. If that does occur, our customer service staff will personally contact you to arrange alternatives - we want to keep you informed every step of the way.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, you'll be sent an email with a live tracking link and number. Click and you can track your package all the way right through to delivery day. You feel like you're sitting in the front row of your order's road trip - our customers say they track the order almost as often as they check their message!
Special Notes
The holiday season does become a bit hectic in our warehouse. During Christmas or big sale events, you may experience slightly longer processing time as our team sort through the higher volume.
