Warranty Period
All watch products come with a 2-year warranty service.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers only non-human quality issues, such as timekeeping abnormalities, inability to set time, or inability to set date, and other functional defects.
Damage caused by human factors, including drops, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or similar conditions, is not covered under warranty. Free repair service will not be provided. If repair is still required, corresponding parts and labor costs will be charged based on actual conditions.
Incoming Inspection Process
Customers must first check basic functions upon receiving the product (e.g., time setting, date setting, winding, etc.). The protective film may only be removed after confirming that all functions are normal.
Film Removal Policy
Once the protective film is removed, the product is considered accepted in its delivered condition. After film removal, only warranty services are available, and returns or refunds are no longer supported (except for cases covered under quality-related after-sales service).
Pre-Shipment Quality Control
All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Customer service will confirm product inspection with photos and videos, and shipment will only proceed after customer confirmation.
Usage Instructions & Operation Notes
Some watch functions are displayed in line with the original version, but the actual adjustment method may differ from the genuine product. If customers are unsure about operation or how to use the product, please contact customer service first for guidance to avoid functional issues or damage caused by incorrect operation.
After-Sales Service Process
If there is a quality issue, customers must contact after-sales customer service for registration. The product will then be inspected and repaired by a cooperating watch repair specialist.
