Watch QC Process

Our Watch Quality Control Process

From Components to Finished Timepiece

To ensure every watch meets high standards of appearance, performance, and reliability, we implement multiple quality control checks throughout the entire production process.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

All key components are strictly inspected before entering production, including:

  • Movement functionality and appearance
  • Case, case back, and bezel dimensions and surface finishing
  • Dial printing quality and color consistency
  • Hands plating quality and assembly precision
  • Strap or bracelet structure and clasp strength
👉 Only qualified components proceed to assembly.

2. Assembly Process Control

Key quality control points are implemented during assembly, including:

  • Movement installation and fixation
  • Hands height and parallel alignment
  • Dial and crystal dust-prevention inspection
  • Installation of gaskets and water-resistance components
👉 Process inspections prevent potential issues from moving to the next stage.
3. Functional & Timing Test

Each finished watch undergoes functional testing, including:

  • Timekeeping accuracy tests in multiple positions
  • Date / Day / GMT / Chronograph functions (if applicable)
  • Crown operation smoothness
👉 Ensuring stable performance and accurate functionality.

4. Water Resistance Test

Water resistance is tested according to product specifications:

  • Dry air pressure testing
  • Water resistance ratings: 3ATM / 5ATM / 10ATM / 20ATM
👉 Ensuring safety and reliability for daily wear.
5. Appearance & Final Inspection

Each watch undergoes a comprehensive visual inspection:

  • Case and crystal for scratches or defects
  • Dial cleanliness and dust inspection
  • Hands alignment and overall assembly consistency
  • Strap or bracelet and clasp security
👉 Ensuring refined appearance and attention to detail.

6. Aging Test (If Required)
  • Continuous operation for 24–72 hours
  • Simulation of daily wearing conditions
👉 Identifying potential issues to ensure long-term stability.
7. Outgoing Quality Control

Final checks before shipment include:

  • Sampling inspection of functionality and appearance
  • Model, serial number, and label verification
  • Packaging and accessories completeness check
👉 Only products that pass final inspection are delivered to customers.
